Manchester United signs Bruno. But will he be sucessful with the Red Devils?

Manchester United finally completed the deal of Bruno Fernandes after a month of good and bad news regarding the transfer saga which started last summer.

The midfielder, 25, has joined the club for 55 million Euros but add-ons could increase the overall cost to 80 Million Euros. Bruno Fernandes says he started supporting Manchester United since the time Cristiano Ronaldo was playing for the club and really want to give everything he can for United. The Portuguese play-maker is one of the many players United have signed. The midfielder's arrival on Thursday means he's now the 6th player to arrive from the Portuguese league to represent the Devil's first team.

But is he worth the money? Will he be able to follow the footsteps of his fellow Portuguese compatriots Ronaldo and Nani and be successful like them. But the fact that he's signed for a huge amount of money, will he be living up to the expectations, cope up with the huge amount of pressure and competitiveness of the Premiere League and prove his worth? Only time will tell that.

Fernandes is a much needed signing at Old Trafford given the lack of creativity and he'll certainly walk right into the starting XI.

Nani says that he's a fantastic player, perfect for England and he got all the right tools and attributes where as Cristiano says that Bruno is fantastic, creates chances for him, manipulate the ball, take the ball and is confident.

This shows the testament of his qualities and ability.
Here's a breakdown of his stats:

Primeira liga

year                     matches            goals       assists
2017-18                   33                     11             8
2018-19                   33                     20            13
2019-20                   17                      8              7

Europa League

year                      matches            goals
2017-18                      6                       3
2018-19                      8                       3
2019-20                      5                       5

Stats don't lie. Bruno is a quality player and can fit right into the team.
United can potentially have a midfield trio of Pogba, McTominay and Bruno once the other 2 return from injury. Pogba's future is uncertain though as Zidane wants him so badly. But the fact that Real have already signed Donny van de Beek who's younger than him, Real may or may not sign him now leaving only Juve were reported to be competing Real in the past few months. If Pogba does leave the team, Fred may be replacing Pogba who has shown his worth in the absence of Pogba in the past few months. We must sign at least 2 more midfielders in my opinion as the squad is very thin currently
.

United must now just bring in a striker to fill the boots of injured Rashford and score goals though it might be on loan. Joshua King is reportedly under ManU's radar who is a proven Premiere League quality though Ole ruled out the rumor. With Bournemouth in the relegation zone and the fact that today is transfer deadline the, the rumor is very unlikely to take place. It's now upto Martial and Greenwoood to prove their worth and compensate the for the goals Rashford has been scoring all season long before getting injured.

Fernandes may be making his debut against Wolves. Though he'll may not be having the best of debuts as United fans are planning a massive walkout to protest against the hated Woodward and the owners Glazers.

Bruno is a promising player and will be successful for ManUnited.
