Phenomenal Casemiro....Rashford on fire.

I just have to start with Casemiro, what a man. A phenomenon. He dominated the proceedings all game. We are really lucky to have him in this United side. People might say Old Trafford has become a retirement home for Real players who just want money, but the performance we saw from Casemiro tonight is not something a player plays like if he wants money. That right there was passion. I don't care if people think it's a retirement home for finished players, Casemiro is nowhere near finished and is out there for blood even now. That was prime UCL Casemiro.

The pitch was slow today in a rainy Manchester. The ball was being dragged with difficulty, but United showed that they don't care, as they were brilliant.

Rashford has come back from where he left off before the World Cup, seriously, why was he not played against France until the last 5 minutes? Rashford has hit double figures for the season, and he is on fire. This is a redemption from last season where he looked out of depth and looked like he was carrying the world on his shoulders, but now he is playing like the world is at his feet. A goal which wasn't simple, but he made it look simple, and an assist. Perfection.

The second goal was a Prime Man United counter-attack during the Ferguson era. It came off an error from the Leeds goalkeeper, but the build-up to the goal is what we are talking about. People write off Bruno, but we are nothing without him. He's the engine and heart of the team and is the most important player for us. Good game from him. My captain.

To be consistent in the second part of the season, Martial and Rashford will be important for us with Bruno if we want to achieve a UCL place. The team currently has no proper strikers except Martial. If we want to achieve our goals for the season, we need Martial to keep firing and to stay fit. He has a goal per 60 minutes on average this season, just shows how important he is to us. Shaw as the centre back was solid.

Let's be honest, this win was only against Nottingham Forest, a team that is 19th in the league. But, we haven't dominated these sides in recent history. This is no win against the mighty Man City or Real Madrid, it was a game which we were supposed to dominate and we did. The first half was an old-fashioned Ajax 1995 style football.

There were a lot of missed chances where we should have scored. Something to improve upon.

Shout out to Wan Bissaka who hasn't been played all season until the game against Burnley a week ago. It was not the best game, but he built upon the Burnley game and played a solid game. It's his chance to shine and prove himself with our main man Dalot out injured. Antony meanwhile had a relatively poor game. I prefer to give him time though after his world cup heartbreak. He is lacking confidence. It's not just now but even before the world cup when he didn't take on as players as he did back in Ajax. I'm ready to give him some time.

The main takeaway from this is back to the man of the hour, Casemiro. Like I said, this is not a player who is playing for money, but for his love for the game.

With United missing out on Gakpo, due to lack of action and transfer funds, main reason being Gakpo. There were protests once again before the game against Glazers. The only option left is to look out for loan options, as our rivals will make important signings and improve their squad. GGMU
